Full Circle Wool
Based in Mendocino County, California, Full Circle Wool debuted in 2013 with the start of the Capella Grazing Project, operated by Marie Hoff. The Capella Grazing Project integrates heritage breed Ouessant sheep with landscapes in need of grazing, such as vineyards, orchards and more.
Following up her grazing project, which she still runs, Marie began sourcing wool from Climate Beneficial ranches across Northern California. Proceeds return to those ranches to support carbon-farming practices, including compost application and rotational grazing management. These practices are extremely beneficial, mitigating and reversing climate change.
The company’s product line includes natural wool sponges, wool pillows, wool dryer balls, wool trivets and clothing. The unique, durable wool sponges can be used for washing dishes, washing your face and body, and cleaning surfaces. Wool not only lasts longer than synthetic fibers but is also biodegradable. All processing of the wool is done within the U.S.
